Boone Hall Plantation and Gardens
Following centuries of growth, the evenly spaced oak trees,
planted in 1743 by Major John Boone, form a natural corridor where the branches
meet at this beautiful Charleston plantation home.

Lowndes Grove Plantation
Also known as the Grove or Grove Farm, this 1786 home along
the Ashley River is bordered by St. Margaret St., 5th Avenue and 6th
Avenue. It’s named on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Charleston Tea Plantation
Home of American Classic Tea, this 127-acre tea garden is
home to Camellia Sinensis tea plants, a working tea factory and a tea gift shop
where you can pick up loose teas and body products.

Drayton Hall
This 18th century
plantation is located along the waters of the Ashley River just 15 miles
north of the city. It’s the only house on the river to survive through
both the Revolutionary and Civil Wars.
